Orders
Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Norbulingka Institute, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Currently all prices are shown and sold in USD. If you wish to pay in your local currency, please kindly email us at info@norbulingka.org with your order details and we will be able to send you an online invoice payable by Paypal or Credit Card.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number within three-five business days that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order.
Shipping
Norbulingka offers worldwide shipping through FedEx, direct from our Institute on the foothills of the Himalayas, to you.
Kindly note:
Norbulingka ships to the shipping address provided by the customer. Norbulingka is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to Norbulingka as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
Please kindly also note that all customs and duties will be paid by the customer.
Because of Norbulingka Institute's location in Dharamsala, India, please allow at least two weeks for shipping.
Tracking notifications will be sent within 3-5 business days after your order placement.
Returns & Exchanges
We believe in personal attention to each request and order. If you are unhappy with the product or service, please contact us as soon as you receive your order so that we can resolve the problem at the earliest. Depending on the individual case, we will offer refund/exchange/return options. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, please notify us at any time of your request to be removed from our communication contact list. However, these automatically stored cookies do not contain any of your personal information, financial/home address, etc. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. We will not disclose your information to a third party unless required to do so by law. We have a strict no spam policy. We will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your email address to anyone without your express permission.
